2025 International Conference on Hydraulic Engineering and Construction Technology

The 2025 International Conference on Hydraulic Engineering and Construction Technology (HECT 2025) will be held on March 28-30, 2025 in Guangzhou, China. The conference is dedicated to bringing together experts, scholars and practitioners in the field of water resources engineering and construction technology from around the world to discuss and share the latest research results and practical experiences. In the context of global climate change and rapid urbanization, water resources management and sustainable development are facing unprecedented challenges. Effective hydraulic engineering and advanced construction technologies play a key role in optimizing water resources utilization, preventing and controlling floods, protecting the ecological environment, and promoting economic development.

This conference aims to provide a professional communication platform for participants to discuss hot issues covering various fields such as hydraulic structure design, construction scheme optimization, material innovation, environmental protection technology and information management. We believe that through multidisciplinary cooperation and information sharing, we will be able to promote the technological innovation and development of the hydraulic engineering industry and provide more forward-looking solutions for the integrated management of global water resources. It is expected that the interaction between the participants will stimulate new sparks of ideas, thus promoting in-depth cooperation and win-win situation in the industry.

 All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of HECT 2025 will be published in conference proceedings, and submitted to Inspec and CNKI for indexing, and where applicable, also submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus (Subject to acceptance).

All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
